罗汉果冬瓜甜汤 ~ Fructus Momordicae Winter Melon Dessert
材料:
1粒 罗汉果(洗净压碎)
80g 冬瓜条
100g 桂圆(干龙眼肉)
1.5L 水
*可加冰糖如果要喝很甜。(冰糖最候加,搅拌融化就行了)
做法:
锅加入水煮滚后,加入冬瓜条和罗汉果。然后小火煮一个小时。最后的15分钟加入桂圆就完成了。
