Chocolate Chip Cookies



Make them into balls.

Bake them at 170 degree for 10 minutes. Take it out from oven and make flat about 3mm and put it back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

Seafood Pizza


Dough ingredients:
Bread flour 250g
Plain flour 30g
Instant yeast 1/2tsp
Egg 1
Caster sugar 20g
Salt 1/8tsp
Olive oil 20g
Milk 150cc

Pizza ingredients:
Pasta sauce (tomato sauce)
Salmon
Prawns
Mozzarella cheese
Parsley flakes

Makes 3 pizza

Pork Floss with Salted Egg Pastry~豆沙肉鬆咸蛋黃酥

食谱做了些更改。酥皮改用上海月饼皮。上海月饼食谱请按这! 还有Kluang 月饼的材料更简单, 按这!
感觉肉松按不够紧。


Red bean paste/红豆陷 240g (30g each)
Pork floss+yolk/肉松+咸蛋黄(22g each)
Pastry/ 月饼皮(50g each)

Homemade Seafood Noodle with Noodle Maker


Crispy Noodle (Kway Teow)

Egg Tarts

Pastry:
Butter 140g
Egg half
Icing sugar 70g
Plain flour 210g

Egg filling:
Sugar 140g
Water 300ml
Eggs 4
Full cream evaporated milk 80ml

Milk Bread

Ingredients:
Bread flour 550g
Sugar 90g
Milk powder 50g
Instant dry yeast 20g
Salt 7g
Butter 50g
Milk 300ml
Egg 1

Cucumber Kimchi Salad

Making Dumpling with Noodle Maker~饺子


Remember to eat, but forgotten to take picture when cooked. :p

Plain flour 500g, makes 65 dumplings.
Filling:
Pork minced meat 300g
Chives (韭菜) 200g
Salt
Light soya sauce
Sesame oil
White pepper
Some water
Mixed well and ready to use.

Handmade Noodle with Noodle Maker~Mee Hoon Kuey




Overnight Oats



Ingredients:
Rolled oats 45g
Fresh milk 120g
Chia seed (organic) 1 tbsp
Mixed well and leave in the fridge overnight.
Add in any fruit desired.

Milo powder with chocolate balls.

I made it with mixer instead of bread machine and change to sticks, pipe with some buttercream.

Homemade sambal chilli sauce



Ingredients:
Dried chilli 50g
Chilli padi 20g
Small onions 300g
Garlic 120g
Ginger 50g
Brown sugar 40g
Candlenut 60g
Tamarind 2 tbsp with 5 tbsp hot water.

Method: 
Grind all ingredients in a grinder. Add 5 tbsp of oil in wok and fry ingredients until fragrant. Add some salt. Keep in a clean glass bottle when it's cool.

粽子~Rice dumpling

今年做的粽子有差。可能用的芫荽粉的牌子不一样, 不香。


材料:
三层肉 2kg
粽叶 一包 (240个)
糯米 3.5kg
芫荽粉 25g (加入肉里面炒到香,原食谱没加)

Chocolate soft cookie















Ingredients:
158g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
40g dutch cocoa
115g unsalted butter
100g castor sugar
100g light brown sugar
1 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
88g chocolate chips


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 175c degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Set aside.
3. With a mixer, cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time. Next, add in vanilla extract. Mix until blended.
4. Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mixture and mix until flour disappears. Stir in chocolate chips, Mallow Bits, and chopped almonds. Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
5. Bake cookies for 8 minutes, or until the cookies are set around the edges, but still soft in the center. Don't over bake. Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Move to a cooling rack and cool completely.
