Homemade sambal chilli sauce

Dried chilli 50g
Chilli padi 20g
Small onions 300g
Garlic 120g
Ginger 50g
Brown sugar 40g
Candlenut 60g
Tamarind 2 tbsp with 5 tbsp hot water.

Grind all ingredients in a grinder. Add 5 tbsp of oil in wok and fry ingredients until fragrant. Add some salt. Keep in a clean glass bottle when it's cool.
