紫菜鱼丝卷 ~ Seaweed with Dried Fish Roll
只需4样材料 。
就这样卷起。不要卷得太紧。紫菜可剪半片。
用蛋收口。
剪斜。用小火炸到金黄。
小贴士:
-
紫菜甜的很容易焦,一定要用小火。
脆也不容易卷,我会打开全部紫菜让它受潮不那么脆。
可以选者用寿司紫菜,比较容易卷。味道也不错
。
- 可以放进烘烤箱或Air fryer烤一下让它出点油。
- 等冷却后收进不透气的罐子。
- 半片的紫菜炸了会比较美。可以参考
