杏仁饼~White Almond Cookie
年饼七:
材料:杏仁粉 220g,低筋面粉330g,糖粉110g,发粉1 1/2t,苏打粉1 1/2t,盐1/4t,栗米油165g,杏仁片50g
做法:
1. 将所有材料混合,再加入栗米油揉成团。最后再加入揉碎的杏仁片。
2. 搓圆或印上模型。
3. 放进预热的烤箱以150c,中层,17分钟。
