Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti

Biscotti that can't go without coffee...

160g pistachio, toasted and chopped coarsely
120g chocolate (tulip brand), chopped in 1/2 inch (can use chocolate chips) 
180g brown sugar
230g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1T instant coffee powder
1t baking soda
1/4t salt
3 large eggs
1 1/2t vanilla essence
