Chocolate Chiffon Cake ~ 巧克力戚风蛋糕(在来米粉)




Egg yolks 100g
Castor Sugar 30g
Corn Oil 40g
Milk 50g
Cake Flour 60g
Rice Flour (*在来米粉)30g
Cocoa Liquid:
Cocoa Powder 1 1/2T
Warm Water 1T


Egg White 200g
Lemon juice 1t (I use cream of tartar 1/2t)
Castor Sugar 50g



蛋黃 100g
幼糖 30g
粟米油 40g
奶水 50g
低筋麵粉 60g
*在來米粉 30g 
巧克力液:
Cocoa 粉 1 1/2T
溫開水 1T



蛋白 200g
檸檬汁 1t(我用cream of tartar 1/2t)
幼糖 50g
