芒果戚风蛋糕 (在来米粉)
原本想做芒果绿茶口味,不过半途中出状况就没做绿茶的口味。
蛋黄

芒果汁

在来米粉
80g
粟米粉
30g
蛋白
200g
幼糖
60g

我撒了一些绿茶粉。

这mango戚风的颜色虽然很light,不过蛋糕组织看起来很细致哦!很棒很棒!!
