Fondant birthday cakes for my little ones!

19/09 ~ 开工做翻糖装饰!
 21/09 ~ 烘了三粒9寸蛋糕!抹上奶油糖霜!
 22/09 ~ 花了几个钟。搞定!
 祝:大女儿,建建康康!懂事一点!
  祝:小儿子,快高长大!别像姐姐一样调皮!哈哈哈。。。
蛋糕切开了!
Ingredients A:
338g Butter
120g Sugar

Ingredients B:
6 Eggs
120g Sugar

Ingredients C:
300g Cake flour
3/4tsp Baking powder

Method:
1. Cream butter and 120g sugar at medium speed until pale white.
2. Whisk eggs, 120g sugar at maximum speed until fluffy.
3. At medium speed, combine the butter and the egg mixture together.
4. Decrease to slow speed, add in sifted flour and baking powder.

- Baked 60 mins @160c.

上海月饼~Shanghai Mooncakes

看大家动手做传统月饼我都心动了,因为是我最喜欢的月饼。可是传统月饼要做到好吃真的不简单。还是买来吃算了。哈哈哈。。。再次献给大家上海月饼。我在这祝大家中秋节快乐!
Ingredients:
450g Plain flour
1tsp Corn flour
90g Milk powder
90g Icing sugar
Butter 341g
45g Egg yolk
Salted egg yolk 19pcs
Dough Method:
1. Beat butter and icing sugar until smooth.
2. Add egg yolk one at a time. Mix it well.
3. Last, add in flour and milk powder and mix well until dough.

Mooncake Method:
1. 1 salted egg yolk cover with 40g of lotus/red bean paste and roll into a ball.
2. 50g of dough.
3. Last, egg wash and put some black sesame/almond slice.


-make 19pcs of mooncake
-30mins @170c (this time i baked 5mins more, to bake it browish in colour)

上海月饼~Shanghai Mooncakes

终于动手啦。这款月饼大多数的老少都会喜欢。因为吃起来是酥酥的。我的家公,赞不绝口!嘻嘻嘻。。。
Ingredients:
300g Cake flour
60g Milk powder
30g Icing sugar
Butter 227g
30g Egg yolk
Salted egg yolk 13pcs
Dough Method:
1. Beat butter and icing sugar until smooth.
2. Add egg yolk one at a time. Mix well.
3. Last, add in flour and milk powder and mix well until dough.
Mooncake Method:
1. 1 salted egg yolk cover with 40g of lotus paste and roll a ball.
2. 50g of dough to cover lotus paste.
3. Last, egg wash and put some black sesame.

-makes 13pcs of mooncakes
-25mins @170c
