巧克力熔岩蛋糕~Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
我的初次。不错的食谱,觉得巧克力可以在浓一些。温度过高。蛋糕都烘90%熟了。下次试降低温度和缩短时间。(这次的温度220度,9分钟)
材料
:
140g 巧克力
110g 牛油
100g 幼砂糖
4 鸡蛋
1 tsp 香草精
70g 面粉
10g 可可粉(可不加)
