Cheese Hotdog Bread ~ 起司热狗餐包

Ingredients:
250g Bread flour
1 1/4 tsp Instant dry yeast
25g Castor sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
10g Milk powder
35g Beaten egg
135ml Water (I add 130ml)
30g Unsalted butter
5 hotdog (Cut into half)
Sliced cheese (melting type)
Mayonnaise
Parsley (minced) or dried

- 45g+-, x 10.
- Baked at 175c, 12 minutes.
