Pork Floss with Salted Egg Pastry~豆沙肉鬆咸蛋黃酥

食谱做了些更改。酥皮改用上海月饼皮。上海月饼食谱请按这! 还有Kluang 月饼的材料更简单, 按这!
感觉肉松按不够紧。


Red bean paste/红豆陷 240g (30g each)
Pork floss+yolk/肉松+咸蛋黄(22g each)
Pastry/ 月饼皮(50g each)
