烘鸡蛋糕

女儿说妈咪你很就没烘蛋糕了,听了都觉得有点不好意识。呵呵呵。。。
决定为了阿嫲开炉。阿嫲割眼膜。烘个蛋糕给她吃。老了真的很可怜。一下子这有事那里有事。
 

材料(A 
蛋黄 6
全蛋 2
玉米油 100g
普通面粉 130g
香精 1 小茶匙
发粉 1 1/2 小茶匙

材料(B 
蛋白 6 
幼糖 120g


我家小老板吃的很开心。借他拍照不肯还我了!

- 150度,60分钟
- 8“ 活底圆膜
